As a lifelong athlete and Certified Mental Performance Consultant Candidate, I understand the unique challenges and potential of the competitor's mind. My own journey in sports, along with my background in Clinical Psychology (BS) and Sport and Performance Psychology (MS), has fueled my passion for helping athletes achieve peak performance.

In my younger years, I was plagued by performance anxiety. The anxiety, oftentimes, left me crippled and fearful of mistakes. This fear sent me on a path of discovery and understanding of the subconscious mind and our ability to transform struggle into strength.
